UPDATE ON THE VELOCITY STRING PROGRAM

• The Alcatras workboat was contracted to begin operations on October 23, facilitating the transport of essential heavy equipment to the Akcakoca production platform.

• Equipment loaded onto the Şirinbaba boat for transport to the platform included:
  • Wellheads: The main connection point for gas extraction.
  • Two tubing head spools: Important for managing the flow of gas.
  • Two Christmas trees (XMT): A set of valves that control gas and oil flow.
  • Other equipment: Including a blind flange, high-pressure hoses, adapter flanges, elbows, and 2-3/8" tubing.

• Equipment was successfully transported and installed at the Akcakoca platform. Key installations at the platform include:
  • A blind flange was installed above the tubing head spool.
  • A 2-1/16" 5M gate valve and a 2-1/16" 5M x Fig1502 connection were attached to the tubing head spool outlet.

• Additional equipment was loaded onto the Alcatras workboat for the platform, including:
  • Velocity String tubing
  • HP Pump
  • Suction Pump
  • Tubing Dope (used to lubricate tubing connections)
  • Hoses

• Safely managing gas flow by closing the lower master valve (LMV).
• Removing the old Christmas tree (XMT) to install the new tubing head spool (THS).
• Optimizing gas flow by connecting hoses to the production line.
• Conducting a thorough cleaning to ensure system integrity before resuming gas production.

• The Velocity String tubing and other essential equipment officially arrived at the platform.

• The Snubbing unit cleared customs and arrived at the port for transport to the Akcakoca platform.

• The snubbing unit was successfully transported to the platform and then assembled by the Snubco team. Following this, the unit was later rigged to the Akcakoca-3 gas well.

• Operations on the Akcakoca-3 gas well officially commenced, marking the start of our highly anticipated SASB Velocity String Program.

• The Akçakoca-3 gas well has been spudded, with the wireline entry guide, first joint, and first burst disc successfully connected.
• Following these preparations, we have begun running the Velocity String into the wellbore.
